On our path to “The Great Employee Experience Awakening” Forward Summer Summit we have some teaser seminars.
We have doubled up for our second teaser seminar on 26 May 2022, so more people can enjoy the seminars live in different time zones.

The Kevin Situation: A Case Study
Blurb: People Science pulls the best from Human Resources and Behavorial Psychology to change people, teams and organizations. In this case study we will take a look at Kevin, the guy who seems to irritate everyone in the office. Besides his lack of interpersonal skills, he also has problems with executive functioning such as time management, focus, organization and procrastination. Does the answer to the “The Kevin Situation” sound easy? Let me add that he is the only person on staff who can get your network back online, troubleshoot hardware issues and seems to have a natural ability for software development. He is a purple unicorn with performance problems. In this webinar, I will give you simple coaching techniques based on psychology research that was used to help Kevin improve his executive functioning skills and social anxiety.
Susan Thompson is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hadley, a global non-profit. She has led human resources for technology companies and AmLaw 100 law firms. In addition, she is the founder of People Science Hub. Susan received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, her Mediation Certification from Northwestern University and is a candidate for a Master of Psychology/Counseling degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Luisa works for People Strategy & Engagement at Philips Brasil.
She will share a story about WOW Experience, a project implemented by her and her colleagues on psychological safety and belonging.
The full blurb for Luisa will be available soon.
Our first teaser seminar centered around:
“How to leverage Management 3.0 tools in the employee journey”
This will be virtual on 21 April, 03:00 PM to 04:00 PM CEST, with Viola Brussé.
Viola is an Agile Transformation Coach at Wemanity, and she has learned from her various experiences that how you are treated as an employee determines whether you want to be an advocate for your company, how sustainable your collaboration is, and whether you would like to come back to use your talents again.
She will speak about her upcoming whitepaper on HR 3.0, where she has combined her experiences with best practices from Management 3.0 and Wemanity, and talks about the essence of putting people first.
You can buy the tickets in combination with your Summit ticket or separately!
